Loss can show up in our lives in many ways. Loss of a job, a relationship, a friendship, loss of status or loss of a family pet can affect us all in different ways. I will provide a safe space to explore the different feelings that you are experiencing and help you find new meaning and eventually move on with your life.
When someone important in our life dies, these feelings can be overwhelming and it can be difficult sharing them with close family or friends as they may be grieving too. Therapy gives you the space to explore your feelings, gradually learn to accept your loss and slowing move on with your life.
