Anger

Anger is a normal human emotion that we can all feel when life has been unfair or we feel we’ve been treated badly by others. When this anger takes over your life and you cannot control it is when it becomes an issue.  I will help you stand back and explore what is causing this anger, where it is coming from and what is triggering it. I will help you find ways to channel your anger so that it does not cause problems for yourself or in your relationships with others. I can help you to learn new skills, communicate more effectively with others and learn to become more assertive in your daily life.
